Your Company Growth Advisors

Our founder, Jeff Martin, has more than 35 years’ experience as an entrepreneur. Having sold four companies, he freely admits to having “good times and not so good times.” Through it all Jeff has learned from both experiences and places a lot of value on those hard lessons as they have uniquely positioned him to serve his clients.

Jeff also credits his service in the United States Navy as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman with 5th Battalion, 11th Marines during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm as invaluable experience in transformational leadership.

Jeff is also an Amazon.com #1 Bestselling author. He wrote the book, “Business Mulligan – How to give your business and your life a second chance in a changing world.”

After writing his book, in 2014, he began business coaching full-time under the brand Business Mulligan. During COVID he changed the company’s brand name to Company Growth Academy to better explain the services he provides business owners and their teams.

In 2024 Jeff partnered with Business Development Director Theresa French to create The Academy.

Theresa is a result driven consultant and coach who is dedicated to helping her clients create manageable, repeatable sales and marketing systems that drive significant revenue with more consistency and without the confusion, overwhelm and reluctance typically felt by most newer sales teams and non-traditional salespeople.

Having owned not one but two full-service digital marketing agencies, along with her sales implementation expertise, Theresa has helped her clients generate over $53.7 million dollars in top-line revenue in the last 5 years.

She is recognized as a leading authority in customer acquisition and business development and has helped to create sizable revenue growth and improved sales performance within a variety of challenging industries including consulting, training, and coaching as well as more traditional industries such as home remodeling, franchise food service and personal care services, medical and hospitality.
